## Follow the notice for each institution and post

“Organized institution” does not identify one fixed list of jobs, salary package, or exam pattern. The organizations, posts, recruiting authority, eligibility, and selection stages depend on the published vacancy notice. Check the current PSC catalogue and the recruiting organization’s notice for the post you want.

The [Public Service Commission’s official curriculum catalogue](https://psc.gov.np/index.php?/category/course/180=) publishes curricula for particular services and levels, including an integrated prequalification syllabus for specified non-technical assistant posts. The Commission also publishes current [notices and annual recruitment schedules](https://psc.gov.np/). These documents are cycle-specific; confirm that the notice names your target institution and post before using its syllabus.

## Candidate checklist

1. Identify the recruiting institution and the authority named in its vacancy notice.
2. Confirm the post, service, level, open or inclusive category, qualifications, age rules, fee, and deadline from that notice.
3. Check whether the selection includes an integrated prequalification examination and use only the syllabus that applies to the post.
4. Follow later corrections, exam schedules, and result notices from the recruiting authority.
5. Check compensation and benefits in the institution’s official terms; they are not uniform across organized institutions.
