## Applying through a Province Public Service Commission portal

Each Province Public Service Commission (PPSC) publishes vacancy notices and application instructions through its own official channels. Portal screens, file-size limits, required formats, available payment options, and profile requirements can change. Follow the instructions shown for the specific vacancy instead of using a single set of upload limits for all provinces.

### Before submitting

1. Open the relevant province’s official PPSC site from the provincial government’s website, then select the exact vacancy notice.
2. Read the notice and its application manual. Confirm qualifications, age date, inclusion documents, fee, deadline, file types and size limits, and whether you need a separate account.
3. Prepare legible scans in the formats and limits listed on that portal. Do not resize or alter official documents in a way that makes details unreadable.
4. Enter names, dates, and registration details exactly as requested. Review the application preview and save the submission receipt.
5. Check the same official notice page for amendments, payment confirmation, exam schedules, and admit-card instructions.

Province portals may require separate registration and may offer different payment methods. Verify both directly on the relevant portal before applying. The [Federal PSC site](https://psc.gov.np/) is for federal notices; use the commission named in your target vacancy for provincial recruitment.
